Available for purchase: The item is in stock and will take 2-3 days to pack and prepare for despatch. If stock runs out during this time, you will be notified via email as soon as possible. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready for despatch.

Complete - Your order will be held until all items are available for shipping as one package, with only one shipping charge.

All orders received before 2:00pm [AWST] are processed and shipped the NEXT day.
Toll Priority deliveries are NOT available to PO Boxes, RMB or Locked Bag addresses. Toll Priority does NOT deliver on Saturday or Sundays.

Domestic (Within Australia)

We use the following domestic shipping methods:

• Toll Priority (usually next business day delivery to capital cities and major regional centres)
• Australia Post Parcel Post (delivery times vary) where a street delivery address is not provided or at your request.

International (Outside Australia)

We will post anywhere in the world. We charge only our distribution cost to Australia Post for this service. We can offer the following international shipping methods through Australia Post:

• Australia Post Air Mail
• Australia Post Economy Air
• Australia Post Sea Mail

International shipping costs and delivery times vary. We will email you with a shipping quote for these orders. You will then have the option to continue with your order based on the shipping quote, or cancel the order.

Returns

Returns Policy

1. Take care when selecting your items as we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for on-line purchases unless they are faulty. We accept returns and provide an exchange service up to 14 days after you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:
2. Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (eg. a receipted Tax Invoice, or order confirmation email),
3. Be in a saleable condition,
4. Replacement of defective books will be with the SAME title,
5. Your purchase was not a special order,
6. Shipping charges are not refundable (unless the wrong/defective item was shipped),
7. We do not pay for postage on returns.
8. Books with CD-ROMS or disks CANNOT be returned once the seals on these items have been broken.
9. Access Press cannot offer cash refunds (unless the goods are defective). Instead, all exchange items will be replaced with an equivalent amount of store credit or gift voucher.

Returns Procedure

The following procedures should be followed to ensure your returns request is promptly processed:

1. Request a 'Customer Return or Exchange' Form and fill in the information. All information must be completed, legible, and included in your return package.
2. Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
3. To obtain an exchange for a non-defective product, it must be returned in a resaleable condition - preferably in its original packaging.

International Customers

Verification Process

Because of the high incidence of international fraud, Access Press has a rigorous international customer verification process for your protection. For this reason, we may request a faxed copy of your credit card statement showing your billing address, and a faxed copy of your credit card, should any of the following occur:

• Your order is for shipping outside of Australia.
• There is excessive ordering on your account or to the same shipping address.
• Your order receives a high fraud rating or appears fraudulent.
• Your phone number is invalid.

Ordering Agreement

When placing an order, international customers automatically agree to the following policies:

• Access Press abides by all Customs rules and regulations.
• Access Press is not liable for any lost orders within the country of delivery, where those orders contain restricted materials.
• Access Press does not devalue the cost of the goods.
• Access Press is not liable for Australia Post International Parcel Post shipments that are lost.
• Access Press is not responsible for international duty taxes and any other incurred taxes that will be charged back to the customer. Customers will be charged for any fees incurred by refused shipments.
